Telecom Tower Rentals, LLC (TTR) specializes in providing temporary ballast mounted monopoles to wireless telecom carriers, government agencies, private sector clients, and general contractors throughout the USA. Our towers come in heights of 70’ to 160’ and can accommodate as many as 5 carriers at one time with multiple antennas per sector and without the requirement of guy wires. These towers can be leased as a temporary solution or a permanent structure for up to 20 years depending on your specific needs. Each tower is engineered to the most current required standard, EIA/TIA REV H and can be deployed in a matter of days, if in stock.

Our Approach

Phase 1: Planning and Consultation

Meet with the decision-makers or tank owners to discuss site-specific challenges with existing communication equipment.
1. Identify and inventory site-specific and individual carrier equipment.
2. Discuss carrier requirements.
3. Perform initial site walk.
4. Design a solution in the best interest of all parties.

Phase 2: Understanding Carrier Requirements

1. Meet with carrier’s representatives to understand specific needs
2. Coordinate solutions specific to each carrier’s needs
3. Provide carriers with turnkey solutions

Phase 3: Design Specifications and Due Diligence

1. Perform due diligence with state and local agencies for site-specific construction requirements
2. Provide water authority, tank owner, and carrier with key information
3. Formalize proposal
4. Secure sign off on the final design

Phase 4: Project Execution

1. Manage carriers to issue PO’s for smooth process

2. Obtain materials from carriers
3. Install temp tower structure
4. Remove carrier antenna from structure
5. Reinstall equipment and upgrades when specified
6. Provide timely updates to all parties involved until project completion
7. Provide carrier approved closeout documents
